Which devices does Puzli run on?
Puzli is made for iPad and needs iPadOS 17 or later. It plays in landscape.
Is Puzli free?
The first pack, The Little Forest, is free: 3 stories, 9 puzzles. Before the Cold is a paid pack with 5 more stories. Each pack is one purchase, made once. There are no subscriptions and no ads.
How do I restore a purchase?
On a new iPad, or after reinstalling the app, open the grown-ups area, go to the packs and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple Account that bought the pack.
The purchase didn’t go through
If the app says the App Store is not available right now, check the iPad’s internet connection and try again later. Payments are handled by Apple, so a charge you don’t recognise is best raised with Apple Support.
How do I turn the sound off?
Settings, in the grown-ups area, has three switches: Music, Ambience and Sound cues.
Where is my child’s progress kept?
On the iPad, and nowhere else. Puzli has no accounts, and nothing about what your child plays leaves the iPad; the only thing it checks online is which packs were bought (privacy policy). Deleting the app deletes its progress too.
How do I start over?
Open the iPad’s own Settings app, choose Puzli and turn on Reset cache next time Puzli opens. The next time Puzli opens, the forest starts from the beginning. Unlocked packs can be brought back with Restore purchase.
